CG Urban will find your space, and negotiate the best deal with the Landlord on the tenant’s behalf, working within the tenant’s budget and space requirements.  CG Urban will get you in your new space quickly and efficiently.

Lease Office, Industrial or Retail Space

CG Urban represents tenants at no cost. Let us put our experience to work for you. Tell us what your space needs and wants are in the Contact Us Needs/Wants section. We need to know desired location with geographic boundaries, square footage, commencement date, budget (Class of space – A, B or C) and any programming information such as number of offices, break area, conference room, open space, etc. If warehouse space is needed, We need to know warehouse/office square footage, clear height and special requirements. Retail needs should include desired layout, target market information and desired areas/demographics. CG Urban will respond within one business day of your request with a list of space options.
